What's the 5-stage loop and why does it matter?

The loop is See → Nudge → Deploy → Credit → Adjust. An efficiency gap is detected, the AI writes a remedy in under two seconds, the user (or their manager) launches it, the prompt's success is recorded against the person and the KPI, and the LLM retunes for the next prompt. Most tools give you stages 1–3. We close the loop with Credit and Adjust — which is what makes the platform a coach, not a dashboard.

How do the four tiers build on each other?

They're cumulative. Starter is the IC cockpit — Sarah's surfaces. Team adds the Manager cockpit (Victoria's surfaces) plus the career layer — including the manager's own AI coach. People OS adds Elena's CHRO cockpit on top: talent health, the behavioral retention engine, the equity lens, and the auto-drafted board brief. Enterprise adds Marcus's Platform Owner cockpit — integrations estate, signed receipts, immutable audit trail, SSO/SAML/SCIM. You move up the ladder as more of the org comes onto the platform.

What is the People OS tier — and who buys it?

People OS is the layer for the CHRO or Head of People. It sits on top of your Team deployment and turns individual coaching data into org intelligence: a Talent Health score, bench-depth and succession views, an equity lens, and a behavioral retention engine that flags who's likely to resign weeks before an engagement survey would — with the intervention plan pre-drafted. It then auto-writes the quarterly board brief. All org-level data is k-anonymized (cohorts of 5+), with visible privacy badges; by-name data appears only where a decision requires it, behind an audit log.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade Starter → Team instantly. People OS and Enterprise are custom — our team works with you on a transition. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All your data, attributed motions, and integration state carry forward.

Which four AI coach personas come with Team and Enterprise?

All four: George (the Comedian — keeps it light, makes the work feel less heavy), Duke (the Hype — high-energy, leans into momentum), Annie (the Direct — no fluff, fastest to the point), and Marie (the Professor — explains why the move works, best for learning). How does per-license pricing work?

Each Team license covers one IC and includes the Manager cockpit if that person also leads a team. People OS is priced at the org level on top of your Team seats (by headcount), and Enterprise licenses include all four role cockpits. For 10+ seats, contact sales for volume pricing — most customers find the ROI pays back within the first quarter.

What does "every motion attributed" actually mean?
