Our story.

KPIcons started as a frustration. Three of us — Marco, Jake, and Darren — had spent our careers on the front lines of B2B execution: building demand-gen programs for the world's largest enterprise software brands, running SAP partner ecosystems, leading channel P&L at Microsoft and Algolia.

Every quarter we watched the same thing happen: the system of record knew which people were drifting. Enablement knew which playbook could help. Management knew who needed coaching. And none of them were talking to each other. Training got abandoned at 12% adoption. Targets slipped. Managers burned out. People blamed the tool.

In 2025 we sat down and asked the simplest question we could: what if every gap, every nudge, every move, every outcome — lived in one loop, with every motion attributed back to the move that caused it?

Four personas, three role cockpits, always-tuning LLM
George, Duke, Annie, and Marie ship as the four canonical voices. Manager Cockpit (Victoria) and Platform Cockpit (Marcus) go GA. The LLM begins retuning on attributed outcomes.
