Senior ML Engineer

100% Remote Starts July 2026 Vendor / PS 5+ yrs

Own the AI coaching layer end-to-end: the four canonical persona voices, the prompt-cached composer that fires nudges in under two seconds, and the quarterly retraining cycle that makes the coach sharper every quarter.

What you'll do
  • Ship the production composer against the Anthropic API — three-tier prompt caching, persona-as-Skill, strict-JSON output
  • Maintain the four persona voices (George, Duke, Annie, Marie) with version-controlled Skill files + a regression-test harness
  • Run the quarterly fine-tune cycle: pull top-decile-confidence receipts, train, evaluate against golden eval set, decide promotion
  • Own cost-per-nudge as a tracked metric; target ≤ $0.006 with cache hit rate ≥ 85%
What we're looking for
  • Production experience shipping LLM-powered features at scale — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Bedrock
  • Comfortable with eval harnesses, prompt iteration, retrieval-augmented context, and outcome-attribution feedback loops
  • Strong engineering bar — this is a systems role, not a notebook role
  • Bonus: experience with Anthropic's MCP, Skills, or the prompt-caching API

Senior Backend Engineer

100% Remote Starts July 2026 Vendor / PS 6+ yrs

Own the receipts ledger and the attribution worker — the part of the platform that makes "every motion attributed" real in production. This is the role that owns the moat: the longer the corpus, the harder we are to replace.

What you'll do
  • Stand up Postgres + pgvector for the multi-tenant receipts ledger; ship the schema in production within 4–6 weeks
  • Build the attribution worker — the periodic job that resolves pending receipts, computes counterfactual lift, signs the chain, updates the bandit arm state
  • Wire MCP-server integrations to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Gmail — same tool contract everywhere
  • Own the signed-receipt audit trail (Ed25519 + Merkle chain) and the customer-facing audit-export endpoint
What we're looking for
  • Deep Postgres expertise — query planning, partitioning, RLS, streaming results at scale
  • Production experience with durable-workflow systems (Temporal, Inngest, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with cryptographic primitives (Ed25519 / KMS) and audit-trail design
  • Bonus: SOC 2 evidence-collection experience or FedRAMP / HIPAA exposure

Senior UX/UI Architect

100% Remote SOW · Ongoing Vendor / PS 8+ yrs

Own the experience across the three role cockpits (Individual / Team Lead / Platform Owner). The HTML mockups exist; the next phase is hardening them into a shippable design system and refining the surfaces that customers actually live in.

What you'll do
  • Harden the cross-cockpit design system — tokens, type, motion, accessibility — across all three roles
  • Lead the redesigns customers see most: the Live Session Ledger, the heatmap drill-down, the persona switcher, the audit-export bundle UI
  • Run a weekly user-interview cadence with real ICs, team leads, and platform owners
  • Be the senior design voice on the engineering engagements — pair-design when scope demands it
What we're looking for
  • 8+ yrs shipping enterprise B2B SaaS — ideally revenue, ops, or developer tools
  • Portfolio showing information-dense surfaces made readable (dashboards, ledgers, data viz)
  • Strong accessibility instincts (WCAG 2.2 AA minimum)
  • Bonus: comfortable in Figma and can prototype in HTML/CSS

Account Executive (Mid-Market)

100% Remote Starts July 2026 Vendor / PS 3+ yrs closing

Drive the inside-sales motion that takes KPIcons from $84K ARR today to $1M ARR by Q2 2027. You'll be selling a career-companion platform to revenue leaders, customer-success directors, and IT-ops leads — anywhere a team owns a measurable target.

What you'll do
  • Own the inside-sales motion through the Q4 2026 GA launch and into Q1–Q2 2027
  • Run a full cycle: outbound → discovery → business case → procurement → close, with the Live Session Ledger as a live demo asset
  • Be the #1 internal user of KPIcons — drink our own champagne, file your own bugs
  • Co-author the customer-facing objection responses with Jake (CMO) and the product team
What we're looking for
  • 3+ yrs closing mid-market SaaS (MEDDIC or equivalent qualification muscle)
  • Track record of consistent >70% quota attainment over the last several years
  • Fluency with a modern stack (Salesforce or HubSpot, Slack, modern outbound tooling)
  • Bonus: experience selling beyond traditional sales buyers — RevOps, CS leadership, IT/Ops
